SHIPPING
* Shipping is available worlwide and included in price.
* Shipped with UPS & tracking. You will get the email with the tracking when you place the order but please allow few days for the parcel to start moving.
* MERRFER is located in Barcelona, SPAIN. Please be aware that if you buy from outside de European Union, you will need to pay taxes at your country when receiving the parcel.
* MERRFER is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
RETURNS
We accept refunds or exchanges notified within 7 days of delivery. Please email merrferthebrand@gmail to initiate the process.
If the reason for the refund relies on MERRFER side (size or item description was not specified correctly) we are responsible for any return shipping costs.
If the reason for the refund relies on client’s side (changing of opinion or you need to try several sizes) then client needs to pay for the shipping costs.
We do not accept refunds on used items.
